We need to make sure that all members will have an equal chance to show their skills.... we need to open a topic (global) monthly to show ur skills... How u as an individual can improve JB..... It is theme based/ do not expect caption of the topic thus we will monitor each individual's performance under each section and appoint the outstanding individual of each section as the moderator.

I need to have some basic words with you ... and make it sure we'll take next decision after taking every one (managment/members) in confidence. :)

I think QV is blackmailing us... We can get new Mods but not members.... I talked to oodbalow, he said what ever you say i will do it, but then i thought its wrong... what QV is doing as a Mod shouldnt do it.... when oodbalow goes and she will come... instead of facing n giving justifications what she did was hide herself n started hidden blackmailing. she should show helself in AM section n should talk to me..

On PW we only allow GTGs / Death or Praying topic to be sticky... Also only Admins should be allowed to make topic sticky.
still we've got control to set a topic sticky or not....
